The main driving force behind this project is to create a definitive list of every survival horror game ever made. While other websites attempt to list survival horror games, they often include titles that don’t quite fit the genre or overlook key games, especially those from indie developers.

Initially, I also aimed to share upcoming survival horror games, but I quickly realized that documenting and researching upcoming titles is just as demanding as maintaining the list of existing games. Despite the challenge, my dedication to this genre keeps me motivated I am committed to continuously improving and expanding the upcoming games section, making it a valuable resource for survival horror fans.

I highly value feedback to help inform and refine my list. While we may never reach a consensus on what defines a survival horror game, my goal is to inform enthusiasts about the survival horror games they might have missed, particularly those from indie developers, and to promote and support upcoming indie games.
